Staffing Design Workshops

Create a staffing plan with workshops + support

Do you work with a district looking for an affordable, time-conserving approach to strategic staffing design—creating a plan that produces results for your district’s students and teachers? Our new virtual workshops can get the job done!

Design transformative teaching teams led by an excellent, proven teacher-leader, along with the structures necessary to support them.

Our two-day district-level workshop is scheduled for July 16–17, October 22–23, November 12–13, and December 10–11 from 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET. Along with these interactive sessions for department leaders, a district team gets eight coaching calls and online support, and an annual subscription to the Opportunity Culture® online portal.

The two-day school-level workshop will be offered July 23–24, November 5–6, and December 3–4 from 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET. Along with the interactive sessions for a team of educators and leaders from each school, school teams get two coaching calls to finalize their plans, an annual subscription to the Opportunity Culture® online portal, and the opportunity to gain provisional-level Opportunity Culture® certification status.
