Site Visit Details

  • One-day visits provide an intensive introduction to the Opportunity Culture® initiative.
  • Site visits begin with an introductory session, to hear from your district hosts.
  • You’ll have time in an elementary and/or secondary school implementing Multi-Classroom Leader™ teaching teams, interacting with and observing school leaders and Opportunity Culture® educators in action.
  • Close out with a guided working session to relate the day’s information to your own needs. We encourage teams from a school system to attend together, to gain a shared knowledge base for exploring how Opportunity Culture® school design can work for you.

During a past site visit, participants observed a team leader co-teaching with a Reach Associate™ paraprofessional at Emerson Elementary in Midland ISD...

...and a team leader reviewing data-driven instruction with his third-grade teaching team at Dowling Elementary in Ector County ISD.
