North Carolina provides grant funds annually for districts to develop advanced, higher-paid roles for educators. Since 2016, over 70% of districts receiving Advanced Teaching Roles funds have used Opportunity Culture® staffing designs, founded by Public Impact®, in their applications. Key Steps for Districts

The RFP window opens May 11, and applications are due by August 14—see it on the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction webpage.

Register for a session to learn more about the Advanced Teaching Roles grant and Opportunity Culture® staffing design. Attendees at the May 29 or July 16 sessions will receive some free grant-writing materials for the Opportunity Culture® initiative will be provided.
