School-Year Professional Learning
Educators can develop their leadership and instructional skills in virtual sessions throughout the year
During the school year, we offer virtual professional learning sessions to help your educators in Opportunity Culture® roles succeed, timed to address topics and needs as they are likely to arise throughout the year. These engaging sessions, grounded in adult learning principles and research-based content, bring educators across the country together to build their foundational knowledge for the roles while sharing their talents and experience through group reflection, collaboration, and problem-solving. We provide professional learning sessions for:
- school leaders, new and experienced teacher-leaders, and paraprofessional new to the Reach Associate™ role
- high-performing teachers ready to transition into team leadership roles through our Aspiring Multi-Classroom Leader® Academy
- school leaders and teacher-leaders looking to empower their leadership via virtual coaching support

Community of Practice Kickoff: September 2026
School-year professional learning begins with a Community of Practice in September, focused on Scheduling and Communication. This Community of Practice will launch our year together and prepare participants for the professional learning sessions to follow. The session will:
- Help participants build community across districts
- Provide space to share early successes and challenges in scheduling and communication
- Offer facilitation and support from an experienced consultant

Overview: Elevate your teaching career with the Aspiring Multi-Classroom Leader® Academy! This professional learning series is designed for high-performing teachers ready to transition into team leadership roles. Join a cohort of like-minded educators, and gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel as a team leader in the Multi-Classroom Leader® role. Read this flyer for details.

Duration: 12 hours of live, virtual training led by experienced facilitators, occurring twice monthly from February—April 2026
