Our ‘Summer Jam’ Professional Learning for Educators hits the stage in July! Come celebrate the artistry of teaching and the power of distributed leadership at this festival of different voices, energizing experiences, and collaborative spaces. Educators and district leaders can recharge, reflect, and reimagine instructional excellence while learning about their Opportunity Culture® roles and teaching teams. Educators will get training to prepare them for success in their new roles, from educators with experience in the roles and Opportunity Culture® staffing design experts. See below for lists of session content tailored to each role. You can join the jam live and in-person in North Carolina or live, virtually from anywhere—but get your all-access pass before the shows sell out!

In-Person Summer Professional Learning for New Opportunity Culture® Educators

Overview: Join peers preparing for their new Opportunity Culture® roles in energizing conference-style sessions led by educators in these roles and our experienced staff! This two-day, immersive onboarding experience is designed for school leaders and educators in the Multi-Classroom Leader® (MCL™), Master Team Reach Teacher™ (MTRT™), and Reach Associate™ (RA™) roles.

Dates and Location: July 8–9, 2026, from 8:30–4:00 ET, McKimmon Center, 1101 Gorman Street, Raleigh, North Carolina

Cost*: $1,600 per person

Benefits: Includes 15 credit hours of live learning on topics such as leading a team of leaders, what and how to coach, launching a team, leading small-group instruction, and effective Opportunity Culture® implementation

*This professional learning session requires a subscription to the Opportunity Culture® portal. If your school does not have an active subscription, an additional $200 portal access fee will be added to the registration price.

Virtual Summer Professional Learning for New Opportunity Culture® Educators

Overview: Join peers preparing for their new roles in a three-day onboarding experience for school leaders and educators new to the Multi-Classroom Leader® (MCL™), Master Team Reach Teacher™ (MTRT™), and Reach Associate™ (RA™) roles. Current educators in these roles and our experienced staff lead energizing virtual-learning sessions, with topics specific to each role.

Cost*: $1,180 per person

Dates: July 28-30, 2026; three four-hour sessions

Benefits: Earn 15 credit hours through synchronous and asynchronous content. Topics include leading a team of leaders, what and how to coach, launching a team, leading small-group instruction, and effective Opportunity Culture® implementation.

*This professional learning session requires a subscription to the Opportunity Culture® portal. If your school does not have an active subscription, an additional $200 portal access fee will be added to the registration price.
