Our summer professional learning features virtual and in-person training for educators new to Opportunity Culture® roles

Summer 2026 Course Offerings

Educators will get training to prepare them for success in their Opportunity Culture® roles, in sessions led by Public Impact® consultants and educators with experience in the roles.

In-Person Summer Professional Learning for New Opportunity Culture® Educators

Overview: Join us for a two-day, immersive onboarding experience in central North Carolina designed for school leaders and educators in the Multi-Classroom Leader®(MCL™), Master Team Reach Teacher™ (MTRT™), and Reach Associate™ roles. This program focuses on onboarding and refining implementation strategies.

Dates and Location: July 8-9, 2025 from 8:30-4:00 ET at the McKimmon Center in Raleigh

Virtual Summer Professional Learning for New Opportunity Culture® Educators

Overview: Serves as onboarding for educators new to their school leader, Multi-Classroom Leader®(MCL™), Master Team Reach Teacher™ (MTRT™), and Reach Associate™ roles, with session topics specific to each role.
