Our summer professional learning features virtual and in-person training for educators new to Opportunity Culture® roles

Summer 2026 Offerings

Educators will get training to prepare them for success in their Opportunity Culture® roles, in sessions led by Public Impact® consultants and educators with experience in the roles. See below for lists of session content tailored to each role.

In-Person Summer Professional Learning for New Opportunity Culture® Educators

Overview: Join peers preparing for their new Opportunity Culture® roles in an energizing conference-style learning experience led by experienced Public Impact® consultants and educators! This two-day, immersive onboarding experience is designed for school leaders and educators in the Multi-Classroom Leader® (MCL™), Master Team Reach Teacher™ (MTRT™), and Reach Associate™ (RA™) roles.

Dates and Location: July 8–9, 2026 from 8:30–4:00 ET at the McKimmon Center in Raleigh

Cost*: $1,600 per person 

Benefits: Includes 15 credit hours of live learning on topics such as leading a team of leaders, what to coach and how to coach, launching a team, leading small group instruction, and effective Opportunity Culture® implementation.

*This professional learning session requires a subscription to the Opportunity Culture® portal. If your school does not have an active subscription, an additional $200 portal access fee will be added to the registration price.

Virtual Summer Professional Learning for New Opportunity Culture® Educators

Overview: Join peers preparing for their new Opportunity Culture® roles in a three-day onboarding experience for school leaders and educators new to the Multi-Classroom Leader® (MCL™), Master Team Reach Teacher™ (MTRT™), and Reach Associate™ (RA™) roles, with session topics specific to each role. These energizing virtual-learning sessions are led by experienced Public Impact® consultants and educators. 

Cost*: $1,180 per person

Dates: July 28-30, 2026; three four-hour sessions

Benefits: Earn 15 credit hours through synchronous and asynchronous content. Topics include leading a team of leaders, what to coach and how to coach, launching a team, leading small group instruction, and effective Opportunity Culture® implementation.

*This professional learning session requires a subscription to the Opportunity Culture® portal. If your school does not have an active subscription, an additional $200 portal access fee will be added to the registration price.
