Opportunity Culture educators continue to develop their leadership and instructional skills in sessions throughout the year.
During the school year, we offer professional learning sessions to help your Opportunity Culture educators succeed, timed to address topics and needs as they are likely to arise throughout the year. Currently, we offer professional learning for Opportunity Culture School Leaders, Multi-Classroom Leaders, Team Reach Teachers and Reach Associates.
Session Types:
- Communities of Practice are virtual spaces for small groups of Opportunity Culture educators to come together by role to share best practices, problem solve, and learn from each other.
- Learning Sessions follow adult learning principles and allow for participant practice.

- High-touch facilitation: 10 participants per facilitator
- Cohort-based learning with Opportunity Culture peers across the U.S.
