District Leader Coaching
Our coaching for district leaders builds leadership capacity, helps leaders align priorities, strengthens systems for instructional excellence, and effects meaningful classroom change. Public Impact® consultants work with district teams to lead quarterly school learning walks focused on key levers of school transformation. These walks provide real-time insight into system and instructional effectiveness, followed by collaborative action planning and targeted coaching.
