It explains how the process for receiving Certified Opportunity Culture School® status supports schools in checking the reality of their design against their goals to see where they can improve; schools follow standards correlated with student learning growth while keeping control over other design details. The report highlights the certification design standards that have been correlated with high-growth student learning.
