Details:
Houston Independent School District (ISD), the eighth-largest district in the U.S., began implementing Opportunity Culture® models in 2022–23. The district’s Opportunity Culture® teams includes yearlong, paid teacher residents in partnership with the University of Houston and the University of Houston-Downtown.
