Opportunity Culture educators in the first three years of their roles are invited to register for school-year professional learning to continue to develop their leadership & instructional skills in sessions throughout the year.

Session Types:
- Communities of Practice are virtual spaces for small groups of Opportunity Culture educators to come together by role to share best practices, problem solve, and learn from each other.
- Learning Sessions follow adult learning principles and allow for participant practice.
Session Details:
- Live, virtual sessions so you can learn from where you are
- High-touch facilitation: 10 participants per facilitator.
- Cohort-based learning with Opportunity Culture peers across the U.S.
- Each educator role covers three session topics throughout the year, plus a mid-year and year-end review. See session topics below.
- Each session topic is offered twice so educators can select a time that best fits their schedule.
