Evaluation content changes with Opportunity Culture roles, because the roles require new behaviors, and interaction with more students and other teachers. Some content remains the same, but Opportunity Culture sites can use the redesign process to fix problems in existing evaluation systems. This step covers critical design issues and model tools, including general considerations of rating and weighting and performance consistency, and specific issues and special issues for common Opportunity Culture roles.
